Shipping info

We offer trackable shipping worldwide!

Shipping times:

EU: approximately 4–8 business days

International: approximately 4–12 business days

These are the usual shipping times, applicable to almost all orders. However, shipping delays may (rarely) occur, which is beyond our control.

Customs:

We cover all customs duties and taxes for orders shipped to the following countries:

EU, Norway, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

For shipments to other countries, customs duties or additional import fees may occasionally apply. In such cases, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable charges to ensure delivery.

Pre-order info

If a product is marked as pre-order, it will take about 1-4 weeks for it to ship. This is because you are reserving a product before it comes available in stock. We usually restock all products 1-3 times per month.

 

Shipping policy

If a package is not picked up, it can only be re-delivered if it's an option, but not refunded.

If our shipment is marked as delivered, we cannot provide a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for stolen packages once it is delivered.
